One character per glass

 

Tell Water Textapp your daily goal: "8 glasses" or "three 40 oz bottles", it works it out (a glass is 8 oz). Then text it every time you drink: "1", "a bottle", "40 oz", whatever is easiest. It adds it up, shows the conversion, and tells you how far to go. If you have not hit the goal by late morning or mid-afternoon, it checks in.

 

Water Textapp is an AI. Its replies are written by software, so it can get things wrong. It is not for emergencies or medical care, and it is for adults 18 and over.

 

There is nothing to install, no account to create, and nothing to memorize. It works on any phone that can text.

 

 

How it works

 

1. Text the number above. It asks for your daily goal, like "8" or "three 40 oz bottles".
2. Each time you drink, text the amount. A glass, a bottle, ounces or millilitres all work.
3. You get your total and what is left for the day.
4. Hit the goal and the day counts toward your streak.

 

 

What you can ask it to do

 

• Log a drink: "2", "a glass", "one bottle", "16oz", "1 liter" all work.
• Tell you how you are doing today and what is left.
• Show your streak and how many days this week you hit the goal.
• Change your daily goal, like "make my goal 10".
• Stop at any time by texting STOP. Text START to come back.

 

 

Why text instead of an app

 

Nobody opens a hydration app. Everybody reads a text. The check-in arrives whether or not you remembered, and logging a drink takes one character.

Is a real person texting me? No. Water Textapp is an AI: its replies are written by software, and it says so.

 

Do I need to download anything or make an account? No. It works on any phone that can text, with a U.S. number, and your number is your account.

 

Is my number safe? We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use your messages for advertising. Messages are deleted 12 months after your last text. Details are in our privacy policy.

 

How do I stop? Text STOP at any time and the messages stop. To have your data deleted sooner, email contact@textapp.co.
